Baby & Caregiver Yoga

Join us for a fun caregiver/baby yoga class! This class is for pre-walkers with the wonderful Emma Bartolini. Emma is a Southborough Mom and children's yoga teacher. She specalizes in creative and playful classes that incorporate the priciples of Yoga, Mindfullness and Meditation in kid friendly ways. She works within the local schools, Southborough Recreation, and also offers kid and family yoga at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. When you arrive to 5 Crystal Pond Road, look for the PINE business sight and find us in the conference room next to the front lobby. Please bring your own yoga mat. After class feel free to stay for snacks and mingling!
