Other Great Resources

Heritage Day Parade
Kindergroup parents, caregivers and children are invited to march in Southborough's Heritage Day Parade held in the center of town. We meet in the parking lot of St. Anne’s Church to distribute balloons, decorate strollers, wagons and bikes. The Parade ends at the Heritage Day celebration on St. Mark’s Field and it’s a great way to spend the rest of the afternoon.

Santa Day
The annual Santa Day event in Southborough, typically scheduled for the first Saturday in December, is attended by hundreds of families. Santa has an exciting arrival in a helicopter (or fire truck) on St. Mark’s Field in the center of town and then makes his way to the Southborough Community House to greet children and take pictures. While waiting to see Santa, families will participate in an exciting raffle, make holiday crafts, listen to music, meet Frozen’s Olaf the Snowman and enjoy refreshments.

Members' Night Out Events
Parents/caregivers get together and socialize without the children! This is a great way to get to know parents/caregivers from other days. There are fun nights out scheduled about every six weeks. Some of our favorites are local restaurants, paint bars, floral arranging, and bowling.

Easter Egg Hunt
The annual Easter Egg Hunt is typically scheduled for the Saturday before Easter. It is a highly anticipated event in town also held at the Community House. The kids have a chance to meet the Easter bunny, listen to live music, and of course hunt for eggs!

Summer Kick Off Party
Summer Kick Off Party is a fun night out in mid-June for members and their spouses and is usually hosted by a Kindergroup member at their home. We will celebrate another great year of friendships.
